Ca’d Cën Vino Rosso 0,75l
€12.00
Ca’d Cën - named after the great-grandfather (Cën) who built the old farmhouse in Rocchetta Palafea, this wine carries the warmth of family stories and the strength of tradition.
Aroma: Enticing aromas of ripe cherry, raspberry, and wild herbs, with gentle hints of vanilla and toast from the oak-aged Nebbiolo.
Taste: Silky and vibrant on the palate, with red fruit flavors from Barbera and structure from Nebbiolo. Smooth tannins, lively acidity, and a graceful, dry finish.
Food Pairings: A natural companion to roasted meats, pasta with ragu, pizza night, grilled vegetables, and aged cheeses.
Grape Variety: A blend of Nebbiolo (aged in oak) and Barbera (fermented in stainless steel).
Production Method: The Nebbiolo spent several months in small oak barrels, adding complexity and structure, while the Barbera rested in stainless steel to preserve its brightness.
