Toc a Mi, our bold Nebbiolo Superiore, is a declaration of confidence and identity. “Toc a Mi” means “my turn” in Piedmontese, reflecting a proud new step forward in our winemaking journey.

Aroma: Intense aromas of dried rose petals, ripe plum, and forest floor, with refined hints of vanilla, tobacco, and sweet spice from oak aging.

Taste: Rich and structured, featuring silky tannins and layered flavors of dark cherry, wild strawberry, and black tea, evolving into notes of cedar and toasted almond.

Food Pairings: Ideal with braised meats, mushroom risotto, game, and aged cheeses. Its depth and elegance complement a wide range of savory dishes.
